Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Port Yamaha, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the returns and exchange process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below for more details.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at (262) 340-1379 or kevin-portyamaha@wi.rr.com to initiate your return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund, typically within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, color, or a different product, follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship your exchange.
Please Note:
- Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been used or installed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (262) 340-1379 or kevin-portyamaha@wi.rr.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged or defective item and send you a replacement.
