WARRANTY PROCESS

At Port Yamaha, we want to make sure your warranty process is as smooth as possible. You have two options for warranty claims: handle it directly through us or through the manufacturer. For faster service, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.

Warranty Through Port Yamaha:

If you prefer to go through us for your warranty claim, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Claim
    Email the following information to kevin-portyamaha@wi.rr.com:

    • Your Full Name
    • Photos of the issue
    • Proof of purchase (receipt)
    • Date of purchase

    Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. For weekend submissions, there may be a slight delay.

  2. We'll Handle the Rest
    Once we receive the necessary details, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process the claim. Depending on the manufacturer’s decision, they may either require the defective item to be returned or send a replacement part without a return.
